This really great digital wireless thermometer is perfect for most BBQ Smoker applications. It has 2 probes one all set up for pit monitoring and the other for food monitoring. For example when doing brisket stick meat probe in your brisket and mount the pit probe near your grate using the supplied holder. You can then program the handheld unit to monitor both temps as well as times and other things. Really good unit with best distance transmission in my opinion.
